111 N. Wabash Ave., No 1203

PeoplePsych’s original office – consists of a single office suite in a building full of small offices.  Upon entry into the suite waiting room, you are greeted by a plethora of magazines and original art.  The theme of the art in this office is “Faces” – not happy or sad faces, just faces. It is always interesting to learn what others see in the art. Few see the same person or story, but everyone sees something.

PeoplePsych therapist Emily Gumm is currently are seeing some clients in person.

Announce Your Arrival

There is a waiting room inside the suite, so come on in.  When you enter the suite for your appointment please look for the painting of a hand pointing to a doorbell (Just to the left of the inner door). Simply press the doorbell and have a seat – we will know that you have arrived, and appear at our designated appointment time. The doorbell is not significantly disruptive so please do press it – it is the only way to ensure that we know you have arrived.

Where We Are

Our office is conveniently located in downtown Chicago at 111 N Wabash Avenue.  The office is on the northeast corner of Wabash avenue and Washington street. Located a block away from Millennium Park, on the east side of the Loop, across Wabash from Macy’s (formerly Marshall Field’s).

We are easily accessible by all CTA trains and Metra’s Randolph Station. In addition, numerous buses, including (among MANY others) the 2, 3, 6, 15, 36, 62, and 151, stop within 1 city block of the office.

Street parking is sometimes available, but can be extremely difficult to find. However, there is valet parking for the building on the east side of Wabash right in front of the building (Black & White Valet) – this is often the least expensive parking option.
