Are you stumbling at times?

Forging your own path comes with so many rewards – but finding your footing isn’t always easy.  You’re not afraid of putting in the work to create the life you want, but finding the balance between work, school, family, community, spirituality, modern-life demands and self-care takes it toll.  At times the journey starts to feel more like an ordeal and you find yourself struggling.  Maybe at times you even question if the path you are on is heading where you want to be.


I help you connect and gain confidence in creating a world where you belong and have the deep relationships you want.  Together we work to help you reconnect with your interests and find joy. Taking a creative and holistic approach to healing, we define and work on the changes you want to make.

It is an honor to have you share your story with me and I look forward learning what’s important to you, what you want, and who you are.  You are not powerless, you are doing your best to navigate through an unfamiliar and often contradictory world.  Our sessions are a place where you can explore and express your whole self in your time and at your pace. There is no judgement and no assumption.

More About Me

I have a special interest in working with women, those in creative fields, and immigrants.   I am also an immigrant and decided to make Chicago my home more than 10 years ago.  I know what it is like to straddle two very different worlds while seeking a sense of connectedness and belonging in the everyday.

In Chicago, I immersed myself in the study of people – both at school and in work.  I enjoy working with anyone who seeks to actively engage in the process. Regardless of the reason for seeking therapy, everyone has their own experience and perspective – it is an honor to work with them.

Much of clinical work has focused on issues including domestic violence, trauma, relationships, eating disorders, and life transitions.   My work has provided me with extensive experience in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), RO-DBT, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), exposure therapy modalities, Mindfulness, de-escalation techniques and crisis interventions, life skills, healthy relationships skills, and relapse prevention.

I look forward to helping you find that sense of belonging and the deep relationships you seek.

I am currently accepting new clients. I look forward to talking with you, please contact me and schedule an appointment. My practice is limited to telehealth, and I am open to working with anyone in the state of Illinois.  Sessions are conducted via a secure HIPAA compliant video call platform.
