PeoplePsych says:

This book is for anyone looking for practical, methodical, and encouraging ways to create new habits, improve existing habits, or change habits that are no longer serving you. It is also for anyone looking to try something new but not knowing where to start or how to build a habit. Think of it as a companion that helps you think about and organize habits you are trying to begin or maintain.

I am recommending this book because I think we can all benefit from evaluating our habits and really identifying habits that we want to start but are not sure where to begin and to start thinking about leaving habits that may not be congruent to where we are in our lives. This book does a great job of incorporating anecdotes, research, and easy to use strategies to understand the role of habits in our lives.

I enjoyed this book because it asks the question of what kind of person you want to be and how will the habits you make and maintain get you closer to that kind of person. It does this by creating a non-judgmental and understanding approach to forming habits and gives you exercises you can implement at any time. I also liked this book because I found it very relatable, we can all find something we can relate to because I believe to a certain degree, we are beings of habit.

In addition to Amazon, you can find this book at Women and Children First and Unabridged Bookstore.

You fall to the level of your systems. Here, you’ll get a proven system that can take you to new heights.

Clear is known for his ability to distill complex topics into simple behaviors that can be easily applied to daily life and work. Here, he draws on the most proven ideas from biology, psychology, and neuroscience to create an easy-to-understand guide for making good habits inevitable and bad habits impossible. Along the way, readers will be inspired and entertained with true stories from Olympic gold medalists, award-winning artists, business leaders, life-saving physicians, and star comedians who have used the science of small habits to master their craft and vault to the top of their field.
