Honoring Your Story, Empowering Your Growth

I approach therapy with warmth, openness, and deep respect for your lived experience. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change — a safe, collaborative space where you can explore who you are, what you need, and where you’d like to go.

My work is grounded in the belief that mental health care should honor the whole person, including their cultural background, values, and unique story. As a Latina therapist, I am committed to decolonizing mental health — challenging harmful narratives, centering your voice, and creating a space where all parts of you are welcome.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, life transitions, and challenges related to self-worth and relationships. Many of my clients are exploring how their past experiences, cultural expectations, or marginalized identities have shaped the way they see themselves and their world.

You deserve to feel seen, heard, and empowered in your healing journey.

My style is warm, collaborative, and curious. I see you as the expert in your own life and walk alongside you in the process of self-discovery, growth, and healing. Together, we can work toward fostering greater self-compassion, resilience, and a sense of belonging — both within yourself and in your communities.

Providing a safe space during times when our voices are being silenced and threatened is a priority to me. I believe in the importance of approaching therapy not only by looking at the individual, but at the context and systems in which your experiences take place and how they are impacted by said context. I provide a safe space through a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, HAES, and body positive lenses. My services are available in both English and Spanish. I consider being a therapist an honor to walk side by side in your journey.

If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.
