PeoplePsych is always looking for gifted therapists looking to create their ideal practice within our organization.

We are always looking for clinicians who are interested in creating their own practice under the PeoplePsych practice umbrella.  We are not like other group practices – and are not right for every therapist.  But if you truly want to create your own practice while enjoying the benefits of being part of a larger organization PeoplePsych might be just what you are looking for.

Create the practice YOU want.

PeoplePsych was created by Erin Johnston, LCSW in 2014 with the sole purpose of creating a group practice that enables clinicians to create their own clinical practice while benefiting from being part of a larger organization.  As a result, PeoplePsych is not like other group practices – and not a good fit for every clinician.  In many ways, as an organization our employee therapists are our clients.  We exist to assist our therapists in the provision of their ideal clinical practice.

Could PeoplePsych be the group you are looking for?

If you are a licensed clinician looking to create your vision of a clinical practice, then PeoplePsych might be the organization you are looking for.  Headquartered in Chicago Illinois, PeoplePsych therapists are uniquely committed to serving individuals, couples, and families across diverse communities. As a practice, we are focused on enabling clinicians to create and pursue the clinical practice they envision.

Our clinicians are independent, warm, compassionate, driven, and seek to establish and maintain their practices under the larger administrative umbrella of PeoplePsych.  While our clinical areas of interest and expertise may differ, we share a deep commitment to ensuring that PeoplePsych exists an anti-oppressive client-centered organization where we celebrate the resilience of every individual.

PeoplePsych is different than other group practices.  Our administrative focus is empowering therapists to create the clinical practice they wish as a PeoplePsych therapist.  Therapists get to enjoy the experience of designing their practice and work experience while enjoying the benefits of being part of a larger organization.  Ideal candidates are experienced licensed clinicians who are motivated to work in a private clinical practice setting where they focus on building the practice they want under the supportive administrative umbrella of a larger organization.
