Your needs belong in the conversation.
Are you looking for support with anxiety, burnout, or relationship difficulties—and a therapist who understands autism and ADHD? Perhaps you’re exploring neurodivergence in adulthood, navigating a recent diagnosis, or seeking an approach that better fits your needs. Therapy can offer space to explore your concerns and find practical ways forward.
I offer online therapy for adults throughout Illinois, Indiana and Florida, specializing in working with autistic adults, adults with ADHD, and people who experience both. My work includes support for anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, trauma, and relationship challenges. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to begin working with me.
You are the expert on your own experience.
As an autistic person with ADHD, I bring lived experience alongside professional training. I chose to specialize in working with neurodivergent adults because I’ve found that available therapy often isn’t designed with our ways of thinking, processing, and experiencing the world in mind. I want to help make that support more accessible and useful.
I respect the knowledge you bring about yourself, including your strengths, preferences, and what has or hasn’t helped. If past experiences have left you questioning your needs or judgment, we can explore that together. Our work can include noticing sensory experiences, body cues, and emotions alongside talking things through. We’ll build on your strengths and find ways forward that fit you.
There’s room to be yourself—and to tell me when I’ve misunderstood.
My style is direct, compassionate, and conversational, with room for humor. I offer practical guidance, thoughtful reflection, and honest feedback while welcoming the same from you. You can ask questions, disagree, or let me know when something doesn’t fit.
We’ll set goals together and work at your pace. Building trust includes being able to talk openly about how therapy is going and adjust our approach along the way.
Understanding yourself is a start. Let’s explore what helps.
Depending on your priorities, we might work on recognizing signs of overwhelm, supporting sensory needs, making routines more manageable, setting boundaries, or communicating in relationships. We can also explore masking, identity, trauma, or what discovering autism or ADHD in adulthood means to you.
I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and body-based approaches that help you notice your responses to stress. Together, we’ll try manageable changes and pay attention to whether they help in everyday life.
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Portland State University in 2017 and have more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I provide individual online therapy in English for adults ages 25–70 throughout Illinois and Indiana.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can begin with your questions and concerns, then work toward changes that support your needs and the life you want.
I am currently accepting new and existing clients.
