How Well Do You Really Know Yourself?
Are you feeling lonely, sad, or unfulfilled? Do you often feel misunderstood or like something crucial is missing in your life or relationships? Is it easy for you to give love but hard to receive it in return?
Discover a More Connected and Vitalized You!
Life can be incredibly busy, making it easy to lose touch with who you are. Have you taken the time to truly connect with yourself lately?
Think about how you treat yourself. Do you show yourself the same compassion and care you offer to your family, friends, and partner? Are you your biggest supporter or your harshest critic?
Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.
– Rumi
As a therapist, I help people break down those barriers. My work focuses on helping you understand yourself more fully so you can create the life and relationships you’re looking for.
Breaking Patterns and Finding Support
Together, we’ll explore the patterns in your life and relationships, identifying and interrupting those that no longer serve you. The goal is to help you get unstuck so you can find love and support both within yourself and in your relationships.
I work with adults facing social and relationship challenges. Whether you’re healing from a breakup, finding yourself in unfulfilling relationships, dealing with old wounds, or simply feeling disappointed and unhappy, I provide support and guidance.
More About Me
I work with individuals and couples who want stronger, more fulfilling relationships. Whether it’s improving communication, building intimacy, or working through past hurts, I help clients create meaningful and connected partnerships. I have Level 2 training in the Gottman Method and use a blend of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help individuals and couples strengthen communication, resolve conflict, and develop healthier, more satisfying relationships.
I also have experience working with Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs). If you often feel overwhelmed by emotions or sensory input, we can develop strategies that allow you to use your sensitivity as a strength.
Another part of my background that shapes how I work is tennis. I started playing at age six, taught by my dad, and I’ve played competitively in tournaments and leagues ever since.
Tennis has taught me how much the mind influences performance—lessons that extend far beyond the court. I know what it means to handle pressure, stay disciplined, manage setbacks, and rebuild confidence after injuries. I bring that perspective to therapy, supporting clients in finding balance between drive and self-compassion, resilience and rest.
Moving Forward
Together, we will identify and heal the subconscious barriers that are holding you back. Once these barriers are dismantled, you’ll be able to move forward with a renewed sense of connection, vitality, and optimal performance—both in your relationships and in your personal goals.
If you’re ready to take the next steps toward the life you desire and deserve, contact me today. Let’s work together to create a life where you feel more connected, vitalized, and fulfilled.

I am currently accepting new clients. I look forward to talking with you, please contact me and schedule an appointment. My practice is limited to telehealth, and I am open to working with anyone in the state of Illinois. Sessions are conducted via a secure HIPAA compliant video call platform.
