Honoring Your Story, Empowering Your Growth

Providing a safe space during times when our voices are being silenced and threatened is a priority to me. I believe in the importance of approaching therapy not only by looking at the individual, but at the context and systems in which your experiences take place and how they are impacted by said context. I provide a safe space through a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, HAES, and body positive lenses. My services are available in both English and Spanish. I consider being a therapist an honor to walk side by side in your journey.

I also specialize in working with adolescents who can benefit from a supportive space for things ranging from peer or school issues to more complex and chronic symptoms/diagnoses. My specialties for both youth and adults include trauma, eating/feeding disorders, substance use, chronic mood and anxiety disorders, neurodivergence, and identity exploration.

Am I the right fit for you? I’ve learned that knowing some background information on our therapists can make a difference in the therapeutic alliance. I am a bilingual (Spanish & English) Latine, non-binary lesbian, and trauma survivor. I am in a continuous journey to deconstruct colonizing concepts including hierarchical dynamics in therapy.
