Florence Williams
______
Jessica says:
Read this book if you are interested in the science related to heartbreak or loss.
The author takes readers on a journey through her own personal experience of grief and loss following heartbreak as well as the studies that go along with loss. The book is interesting because though the book is a memoir, she throughly takes us on a journey with her as she travels to have discussions with profound researchers about their studies regarding heartbreak, grief, and loss.
This is a wonderful book to assist in healing as well as to understand that you are not alone in your grief, and there are studies that showcase just that.
