Do you find yourself feeling lonely, sad, unfulfilled, or feeling like others just don’t get you? Do you notice repeating patterns or feel like something is missing in life or in different relationships you’ve had? Do you find it easy to give love to others, but feel disappointed that you don’t receive the same in return?
My first question: How well do you really know yourself? Life gets so busy it’s easy to be too distracted to spend time really connecting with YOU. Will you find that you don’t really know yourself that well?
How do you treat yourself? Can you say you treat yourself with the same compassion and care you show your family? Your friends? Your partner? Are you your best supporter or your biggest critic?
We should talk! My passion is helping you discover who you are and get what you want. I want to help learn to treat yourself with the love and compassion you show others and know you deserve, but find hard receive.
We’ll examine patterns in your life and relationships and interrupt the ones that aren’t serving you. We’ll work together to get you unstuck so you can find the love and support in yourself and your relationships.
I work with adults who are impacted by social or other relationship problems. Some are trying to heal from a break-up. Others notice they end up with the same “type” of partner time and time again despite not feeling happy or fulfilled in the relationships. Others are ready to work through old wounds that are negatively impacting them today. Others simply are tired of not feeling good and being so disappointed all the time.
If you are ready to get started, please contact me and schedule an appointment. You can email me directly firstname.lastname@example.org or call me at 312-809-7017.
Are you ready to get “unstuck” – to find more meaning in life, identify your purpose, find happiness and fulfillment, and learn to improve you the relationship with you? If yes, I look forward to partnering with you on your journey of self-love and healing.
Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.– Rumi
